1. What is zbot.ai? zbot.ai is an advanced AI-powered bot designed to automate your trading strategies, optimize decision-making, and enhance performance across various markets.

2. How do I create an account? To create an account, visit the homepage and click Sign Up. Fill in the required details, verify your email, and you're all set.

3. How do I enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)? Go to Settings in the top right corner of the homepage. Select Enable 2FA, scan the QR code with an authenticator app, enter the OTP, and click Confirm.

4. How do I reset my 2FA? If you need to reset 2FA, enter the OTP from your authenticator app and click Reset 2FA. The system will notify you once it’s successful.

5. How can I deposit funds? You can deposit funds in two ways:

• Directly through the system's deposit function (make sure to enter the exact amount, including decimal points).

• Using a deposit code provided by your partner.

6. What are the supported networks for deposits? zbot.ai supports three networks for deposits: ERC20, TRC20, and BEP20.

7. How do I change my password? Go to Settings in the top right corner, select Change Password, enter your old and new passwords, and click Change Password.

8. What should I do if I forget my password? Click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

9. How do I run a bot for the first time? After creating a bot, click the Star icon. The first bot run will require a $5 payment, which will be deducted from your next payment.
